As a full-service marketing agency, we want someone who is enthusiastic and energetic about any assignment or project. This role will have the opportunity work with various clients serving as their account manager. Each day will be a little different which is great for individuals who get bored easily. Gain experience planning and implementing marketing strategies within various industries. This role will report to the Director of Digital Services and Manager of Digital Services, depending on the client.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Collaborating and brainstorming with team members on various projects
- Coordinating with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers
- Meeting with and communicating with clients on a regular basis via phone, text, email, in-person/virtual
- Creating and scheduling content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
- Monitoring social channels and responding to comments and direct messages
- Creating digital ads on social channels
- Coordinating Google Ad campaigns with certified specialists
- Measuring performance on digital campaigns and generating reports for clients
- Copywriting for various types of mediums
- Updating website content
- Creating email newsletter campaigns
- Update client databases
- Coordinating video projects
- Overseeing print needs for clients as needed
- Staying on top of evolving digital trends on social channels
Professional Skills & Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in marketing, public relations, advertising, communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years managing business/professional accounts on Facebook and Instagram
- Strong writing skills required
- Prior experience creating/managing Facebook or Instagram ads preferred
- Prior experience creating videos on TikTok and/or Instagram Reels preferred
- Prior experience creating e-newsletters in Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar program preferred
- Passion for creating original content
- Knowledge of WordPress websites ideal
- Good time management skills and self-awareness to know when to ask for help
- Self-starter and initiative to find the answer(s)
- Creative personality that thinks outside the box

Videographer/Editor

Miller Davis, Inc. is searching for a talented, confident, results-focused and creative videographer/editor who can plan, film and edit a wide variety of video content according to client briefs. In a small agency, each day will be a little different which allows the ideal candidate to continual grow and develop, relying on their creative skills and great organization. This role will report directly to Director of Digital Services.

Key Activities, Tasks and Responsibilities of our Videographer/Editor
- Meet with clients to establish the desired feel and look for the video to be shot and created.
- Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video’s direction & creation.
- Create an initial proposed storyboard draft of the video to present to internal team members and to the client and receive approval before beginning to digitally alter video.
- Film videos on set or on location.
- Plan the shoot with the creative team and the client.
- Direct other camera operators/grips so that the needed footage is acquired.
- Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format.
- Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects.
- Edit video to include graphics, preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project.
- Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to client’s specifications.
- Finalize project and deliver to client.
Professional Skills & Qualifications Required
- Be results-focused, strategic, focused and detail-oriented, while creative, expressive, cooperative and team-focused.
- Has an associates or bachelor’s degree in Film Editing or other related major.
- Has 3+ years’ experience in videography and editing in a service organization.
- Is proficient creating concept boards and other visual representations for video projects.
- Is proficient in Adobe Premier editing software.
- Is proficient inserting sound effects, music and transitions.
- Is proficient with camera, audio and lighting equipment.
- Is organized, methodical and detail-focused.
- Is a critical thinker and able to solve problems in real time.
- Is an exceptional oral and written English communicator.
- Can work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Staff Accountant

Miller Davis, Inc. is searching for a dynamic, analytical and detail-oriented staff accountant who can prepare and manage financial transactions, compile and review financial statements and evaluate agency performance effectiveness and efficiency. In a small agency, each day will be a little different which allows the ideal candidate to continual grow and develop, relying on sound accounting, reporting and financial analysis skills. This role will report directly to the President.

Key Activities, Tasks and Responsibilities of our Staff Accountant
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards statements, PayPal and other cash transaction sources.
- Complete reconciliation of all General Ledger accounts.
- Create weekly and monthly client and project billing.
- Complete accurate and timely reporting of time, product and costs to client jobs.
- Review payroll and coordination of payroll processing (hosted externally).
- Manage the Accounts Receivable aging, including aging follow up.
- Coordinate weekly vendor payments and manage Accounts Payable aging.
- Create weekly financial updates and monthly financial statements.
- Create weekly cash flow projections.
- Create and file sales tax reporting.
- Create reports required by external CPA firm.
- Develop, monitor and report on effectiveness analyses.
- Develop, monitor and report on efficiency analyses.
Professional Skills & Qualifications Required
- Be productive, focused, goal and action-oriented, results-focused, analytical, methodical, reliable and team-focused.
- Have 3+ years’ experience in an accounting role in a service organization.
- Have practical knowledge of GAAP and accounting rules and procedures.
- Be able to effectively use QuickBooks.
- Create, analyze and use financial statements and performance metrics.
- Is a critical thinker and able to solve problems in real time.
- Is an exceptional oral and written English communicator.
- Is able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
An AS/BS degree in accounting, finance, business, management or a related field is preferred but not required.
